The mission of Helmets to Hardhats (H2H) is to support Veterans, reservists, senior cadets, military family members, and Afghan Nationals with an enduring relationship to Canada in finding a meaningful second career in the unionized construction industry. H2H builds civilian careers for the military community by simplifying and expediting the process for Veterans to continue serving their communities, this time, through the skilled trades and apprenticeship opportunities.
